In addition to industry and academic leadership roles, I have contributed to executive development initiatives for public-sector and critical infrastructure organizations. My engagements have included delivering project management programs for GRID India, training Grade-A officers of the Government of Meghalaya on project cost management and financial decision-making, and contributing to project time management initiatives associated with DRDO. These engagements reflect a commitment to strengthening decision-making capabilities across government, infrastructure, and professional communities.
