I am a Strategy, Risk, and Insurance Insights leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations and senior leadership teams make better decisions in complex and uncertain environments.
My work sits at the intersection of risk management, insurance and reinsurance markets, corporate strategy, ESG, and emerging risk analysis, where I translate global market developments into actionable board-level insights.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across global advisory and analytics environments, including roles at Aon, where I supported insurance and reinsurance market analysis, capital and pricing cycle evaluation, catastrophe risk insights, and executive decision support. Earlier, I contributed to strategic and financial modelling roles at organizations such as Eaton, Bekaert, and BOC Gas Ireland, building expertise in investment appraisal, cost optimization, and business strategy.
Alongside industry work, I currently serve as Professor of Practice at PES University in Corporate Finance and Risk Management, where I design and deliver learning programs focused on strategy, financial decision-making, and applied risk thinking.

In addition to industry and academic leadership roles, I have contributed to executive development initiatives for public-sector and critical infrastructure organizations. My engagements have included delivering project management programs for GRID India, training Grade-A officers of the Government of Meghalaya on project cost management and financial decision-making, and contributing to project time management initiatives associated with DRDO.
